When Jag first contacted us he was understandably worried about this tree in his garden.
The large oak tree had suffered significant storm damage and had already lost major limbs, the remaining structure becoming increasingly unstable. Living close to neighbouring properties he wanted honest advice on the safest course of action.
Step 1 – The Initial Enquiry
After speaking with Zoe in our office, we arranged a convenient site visit. Matt arrived on site and listened to Jag’s concerns, inspected the tree thoroughly, and explained all of the available options—without any pressure.
During the survey, it was clear that the safest and most responsible recommendation was a full removal due to the extent of the damage and the ongoing risk.

Step 3 – Safe Professional Removal
On the day our experienced team carefully dismantled the oak in sections using controlled rigging techniques, ensuring every piece was lowered safely to the ground while protecting the surrounding garden.
Despite the tree’s size and condition, the work was completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.
Step 4 – Leaving Everything Tidy
Once the final section was down, every branch and piece of timber was cleared from site leaving the area looking like we had never been.
